The Forever Ozone Digital Ozonator is compact 500 mg/h water ozonator explicitly made for us to our higher standards. Similar products on the market feature a plastic ozone output nipple that cracks over time (and puts impurities into the water). This one has a stainless steel ozone output barb that will not break down over time or add any contaminants to the water. Similar ozonators on the market feature Chinese stones that add impurities to the water. This one has a made in the USA glass bubbler / Kevlar barb that has a lifetime warranty and will not add contaminants to the water. If you use it with an oxygen source to feed this ozonator, you can make medical grade ozone. Otherwise, it comes with a silica bead air dryer which helps if you live in a humid area to limit NOx production (an impurity that can result from ozone production in muggy regions)
This unit has a 1-3-5-10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90 minute timer. It's more durable than our OG-1000 (doesn't have a case) and thus can travel well. It's very easy to make ozonated water with this unit since it only takes a few minutes to ozonate a glass.
Helpful Hint: Replace the red cap on the air dryer when the unit is not in use. The self-indicating silica beads can be recharged by placing them on a cookie sheet and heating them in the oven for a few minutes (see instructions for more details) With daily use, the supplied silica beads will last around one year.
The OG-500 comes with a 1-year warranty from Forever Ozone. If the unit fails within a year of purchase, contact us for return instructions. USPS Priority Mail Shipping Included (2-3 days, $12-$15 value)
Included: OG-500, 2- 3' sections of silicone tubing, 1- Air dryer, 2- Gray aerator stones, 1- white glass bubbler.
Can the OG-1000 be used to make "medical-grade" ozonated water? Where is the oxygen available/ is it available without a prescription? Sorry if this an obvious question- Iam not familiar with this method. Thank you for your help. If you do not feed the ozonator oxygen are you still getting the benefits of ozonated water? Thank you again!
Yes, if fed oxygen it can make medical grade ozone. The easiest way is with an oxygen concentrator that can create at least 94% oxygen. They cost around $300.
How many minutes does it take for an 8oz glass of water
Two minutes is plenty. Use the white stone, it's made in America - silica (glass) with ozone resistant nipple. The Chinese made stones (gray) have impurities. A heavy metal test made with the gray stones will confirm. Now we only use the made in America white glass stones.
Hi, I've been using your water ozonator and really like it. I lost the instruction manual. How do I heat the crystals in the dehumidifier tube to get them to turn orange again? I've had the unit about a year now. Thanks
Just throw them in a plate and place it in the microwave for 30 seconds. That will dry them out. You can do this around 10 times before you have to buy more. A 5 year supply of beads cost around $16 on ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Quart-2-LBS-Dry-Dry-Premium-Orange-Indicating-Silica-Gel-Desiccant-Bead/282095741418?epid=1984849864&hash=item41ae3769ea:g:MwcAAOSww9VXgUz1:sc:USPSPriorityFlatRateBox!89005!US!-1
I have one of your Forever Ozone Digital Water Ozonator that I purchased about a year ago. I think I need to replace the air dryer as the beadlets are rather brown in color now. How do I order one and how much are they? Thanks.
Look up "silica beads" on ebay. The manufacturers sell them direct cheap on ebay. $16 for a 5 year supply (2 lbs) Don't by the blue beads. The blue dye has a chemical that is linked to cancer. That's why all Chinese machines have blue beads, lol. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Quart-2-LBS-Dry-Dry-Premium-Orange-Indicating-Silica-Gel-Desiccant-Bead/282095741418?epid=1984849864&hash=item41ae3769ea:g:MwcAAOSww9VXgUz1:sc:USPSPriorityFlatRateBox!89005!US!-1
I'm asking about OG-500 Digital Water Ozonator Is there 220v or 240v Because it is not written voltage
No only 110.
Is your machine good for ozonating olive oil? Your youtube video said no, but do not elaborate.
Not this unit. It doesn't have a fan so running it for hours ....will get to hot and limit ozone production. Our open 1000 mg/h unit has a fan and that's the one you want if you want to make ozone oil.
Can you give me more infor on making medical ozone with your generators
Simple. Have your air source be oxygen from a tank or concentration. VIOLA! Medical grade ozone if you use our glass bubblers and silicone tubes.
Can you give me more info. on how to recharge the bead inside the air dryer.
Place them on a plate, put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. They will change colors and be dry again. You can do this around 10 times before having to chuck them out and replace them. Ebay vendors sell a few lbs for $10 or so. Cheap.
Hi, I have a ozone I bought years ago from you and like it very much. I was looking at your ozone generators for water and the one here for 119.00 with the stainless steel nipple and air dryer looks good. I was wondering why it only has such a short timer? 1-3-or 5 minutes. Most of the ones I have looked at have up to 30 minute timers. That's one of the draw backs I see. I have the 1000mg shock ozone machine for rooms and houses but want to do water for mouth wash and so on. What is the ozone tube wrapped in black tape made out of? Also how long is the warranty good for? Thanks for the help,
The timer is actually 1, 3, 5, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90 minutes, but for water, 1-5 minutes is all you need.
hi if I want to use this to make medical grade ozonated water I take it I put pipe from an oxygen cylinder into input fitting on the generator, I then put another tube into the output fitting which the end of it I will put into the glass with the white glass bubbler. Ive seen some videos on you tube that then use the air dryer as well by using a second pipe int the glass with the water bubbler but the pipe leads to the air dryer, would you recommend still using the air dryer if your using an oxygen supply? Also how much oxygen do you need to put into the generator and how long for a litre of water please? I'm just a bit nervous as I have never used one of these before and I want to use ozonated water for health reasons so I'm guessing I need the oxygen supply?
The short hose is for the air dryer, the long hose and stone is what attaches to the stainless steel nipple. You can also feed the air intake oxygen via a tank or oxygen concentration. 1/2 a liter per minute works best. For a litre, for drinking, 2 minutes, for gargling, 5 minutes works best.
