For use in our older ozone generator models. These work in any 3500 mg/h ozone generator.
The manufacturer rates these plates for 10,000 hours under ideal conditions.
We offer free shipping in the USA for orders over $20; otherwise, you pay actual shipping charges based on USPS rates.
PS. Note the bright blue silicone backing. The knock-off so-called moisture resistant plates sold on Amazon have a painted on light blue backing - not silicone. They don't provide any moisture resistant - these plates do. Buyers beware.
I need to purchase plates for the 7000 older model but i cannot find them on this sight...can you assist?
They're $10 (3500 plates, two of them) found in the "air ozone generator parts" section. https://www.foreverozone.com/products/3500-mg-h-ozone-generator-plate-moisture-resistant
I have the older model with 2 plates and no fan. How can I tell if the plates are worn out (other than not a strong ozone smell)?
The ozone smell varies depending on humidity. At 90% humidity they won't hardly produce any ozone smell (or produce much ozone). At low humidity they product a strong ozone smell. The way you can tell the ozone plate needs to be replaced is simple. When you observe it in a dark room (while operating) you see that 20-30% of the plate does not light up. When that happens, you know it's time to replace it.
What causes the ozone plate to deteriorate faster than normal? Operating your unit in high humidity. Water and electricity don't mix well, and high humidity can damage the metal component of the ozone plate and cause premature oxidation.
