High fat diet

So you've gained a few pounds over the holiday and you made a New Year's resolution to lose weight. What to lose weight and never gain it back? Then keep reading.


Conventional wisdom for weight loss is to eat frequent small meals and exercise like crazy. The problem with this is that our bodies cannot properly eliminate the toxins we consume in our "unnatural" diet full of chemicals, GMO's, fluoride, nanoparticles from chemtrails, artificial this and that get the picture. You might lose weight ...but your overall health will take a hit.  What you need to do is heal your thyroid gland and liver then discover a new way of eating that is natural to how we evolved over the past 6000 years.  You see, it's a toxic overload that ruins our thyroid glands and liver and causes us, as we age, to gain weight.  Without further adieu, here is how to lose weight fast and keep it off FOREVER. This isn't just a diet, it's a new way of eating:


1) No more solid food for breakfast just starts off by drinking ozone water. It will take away your hunger for several hours. When you do get hungry, drink your coffee or 1/3 a can of zero calorie energy drink mixed with raw juice.  Follow that up with 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar mixed with water. Take the following supplements: 1) Cytozyme-AD by Biotics (for your thyroid - vital to weight loss) and 2) iodine pills. 

2) For lunch, I hit the eggs, bacon, and cheese. I mix in plenty of onions, mushrooms, spinach, and drink it with coffee and cream, 2 packs of Stevia. 

3) When work is over, go home and eat dinner like our ancestors always have surrounded by our friends and family who like you were out all day hunting and gathering food for the nightly feast! This is how we've eaten until recently....sparingly during the day with a large meal at night.  Filling our gut with food during the day is overall bad for our health and leads to weight gain, especially if we eat a large breakfast as our handlers instruct us to do.  Don't listen to them! They're just fattening us up to make us sick and to create consumers. However, if my objective is to lose weight, I stay in ketosis by eating mostly fats and proteins and green leafy veggies. I avoid fruits and carbs.  Get your hand on a good Ketogenic diet book and give it a try if you're looking to lose weight.  The end result will be that the high-fat content (from good fats like avocados, good oils, salmon, etc) keep your hunger in check and you'll end up eating fewer calories and fast for most of the day (at least 16 hours). Eating only between noon and 8 PM will give your digestive system the break it needs to properly process and eliminate toxins. 


Historically we were out gathering and looking for food (not eating big meals) during the day.  The big lie (I'm not a nutritionist ...just telling you my truth) is that eating a big breakfast is paramount to good health. It's the opposite, it's TERRIBLE for good health unless you live on a farm I guess or have to perform serious physical labor during the day in which case you'll burn it off  (but still do your digestive system harm with the toxic overload). Our gov wants us to eat a big bowl of cereal, packed with sugar, or pancakes full of syrup early in the morning then eat a big lunch then eat a big dinner. Kids can get away with that and not gain weight because they're running around all day but what happens when you get older?  (However, eating crap does our kid's brains no favors, that's a totally different subject)  If you eat like that you're going to become obese OR clog your arteries and harm your brain. Period.   


Second thing and this is just as important, get 8-9 hours of sleep every night! That is as important to the Forever Ozone Diet as the eating regimen itself! You will find you'll sleep much better when you eat later in the day.  Go to bed around 10 PM and wake up at 6 or 7 AM. To help your sleep, don't look at a computer monitor or your cell phone for at least 1 hour before going to bed. During the day, get at least 1 hour of sun time.  Even better, if you can, turn off your wifi and don't sleep near any electronic devices or even power outlets.  Sounds extreme but the truth is that we're energy beings and avoiding electromagnetic and radio fields while we sleep is advantageous for good sleep and good digestion - health. 


What about exercise?  I personally like to exercise 2 hours after eating (7-8 PM) ...mostly a circuit routine that taxes all of my major muscle groups all in 1 workout. It only takes 20-30 minutes.  I'm a guy so I avoid aerobic exercises and so should you if you want to lose weight.  Taxing our muscles burns fat for 24 hours, aerobic exercising only burns fat while you're doing it.  I follow up my weight training with walking and getting fresh air.  This also helps you sleep well at night!  


It's impossible to lose weight and obtain optimal health if your thyroid gland and liver are compromised (and with 90%+ of obese people is), so it is vital that you take care of both of those organs first by taking Cytozyme, Iodine, and apple cider vinegar as you embark on your weight loss journey.
